Collection Analysts are responsible for managing assigned customer accounts to determine past due, balance due, credit and delinquent status.
Responsibilities
Send out past due notices
Uncover and correct billing issues
Send supporting documents to customers
Work closely with Service Center Managers and Account Managers
Continuously improve processes
Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers.
Qualifications
Written and oral communication skills
Can work in a fast paced environment
Basic math skills
Fluent in English
