Downtown Dayton lawfirm is hiring for a temporary receptionist/office runner. This is a full time position, M-F 7:45am - 4:45pm, could turn into a permanent position. Needed from mid-August - end of November. Responsibilites include but not limited to: standing, sitting, answering phones, general office tasks such as copying, faxing, answering multi switch phone line, sorting and processing incoming/outgoing mail, external office runs such as court filings, document deliveries/pick up. Must be able to lift at least 10lbs. Background check required. Reliable transportation and proof of insurance required. Paid parking.
