Flexible schedule for an book keeper who knows quickbooks well, likes dogs, and can make everything balance every month. The hours are flexible, in that you set a schedule, then stick to it. We're a small ad agency, so the dress is casual. You'll sit in the reception area- in an Herman Miller Aeron chair and have lots to do. Full time is possible later for the right person. We prefer people who are interesting and interested in everything.

You will be working in an ad agency- and we will expect you to read a book in your first 90 days so you know what we do (don't worry- it's an easy read and often funny). "Hey Whipple, Squeeze This" by Luke Sullivan- 5th edition.

Pay commensurate with experience. 90 days contract labor- then move to hourly once we know you've got everything under control.

You will be graded for attention to detail.
We will do a background check. So please, if you've been convicted of embezzlement before, don't waste our time (seriously, first application - just got sentenced to probation in March of 21).
