Sales office admin needed - Hiring Immediately!
We are a very high volume Real Estate Investment Company. Don't worry...you do NOT need a Real Estate License and you don't even need Real Estate experience. You must have sales, telemarketing, or heavy phone experience and not be afraid of rejection. If you bring the ability and passion, we will train you on all of the rest 100%.
We buy and sell 20-25 properties every month and also have a fully Licensed in house RE Brokerage, Property Management Company, and more.
We're looking for a Rockstar Sales Admin that wants to learn the ropes and build an Amazing Sales Career!
So...what are you going to do all day? Sales things! Here's an example of a normal day:
Calling warm/hot prospects and following up. These will be sales leads that we're chasing down and your job is to engage, build rapport, schedule appointments for our sales staff, etc. You MUST be fun to talk to, bubbly, great voice, great energy, and great at building rapport with ALL ages. Our clients are 25-85yrs old! Our girl Tricia gets the same comments from people every week. âWow, is she really as sweet in person as she sounds on the phone? YES SHE IS! And thatâs why we LOVE Tricia and why she's a rockstar at her job. She CONNECTS with people, and that translates into sales. You'll have inbound and outbound calls that will easily hit 50-60-70 per day on a busy day. Your goal is to qualify sellers, set appointments, and help the sales team CLOSE deals. And every time you do....you'll have a nice bonus as a reward.
You'll be personally sending 5-10 Contracts and LOIs every day. Don't worry, this is easy to train on and we've automated the process to make it 5-10 mins tops for each one.
You will be Operating some of our tech that is sales focused (CRM, Dialers, Google Sheets, Sorting and Filtering leads and lists, scanning in docs, etc). You have to be SUPER Tech inclined and type 55WPM or more. Again, we'll train, but you need to be able to navigate and learn tech, be laser accurate with appointments and calendars, settings, reminders, etc.
There will also be many standard Exec Admin duties. IE: Managing the calendars and appointments of our sales team, running errands, dropping off docs, liaising with our Attorneys and Title Companies, and 20 more tasks.
You'll be walking sellers of homes through the contract signing process. Easy, peasy, 5-7 min phone call or in-person site visit and we'll train you 100%. You must LOVE talking to people face to face or on the phone.
Full Disclosure: Weâre in a tiny cramped office right now in Middletown but weâre moving to Springboro in 5-6 weeks with triple the space. You'll have a nice private office then and we'll take good care of you. So be willing to put up with our tiny space for 5-6 weeks and it will be well worth it ;)
Look â We need a Superstar that wants to make $60-70K++, not someone watching a clock and content to make $35-45K/yr. If the ONE seat we have to fill is going to be filled by anyoneâ¦.why would we hire anything less than the very best? Duh.
We're a VERY informal office. We have fun, we go on team lunches, VIP bowling parties, we cuss, we celebrate birthdays, we wear whatever we want and there is NO office politics allowed. No time for that BS! We treat our employees like family and friends and we have a great time. The owner is definitely a perfectionist and will always be striving to do BETTER so be sure you are aligned with those principles. If $40K/yr is enough for you and you don't want to earn double that year two...this is NOT the office/team for you!
You'll have a base salary of $40-45K and the rest of your $60-70K++ total pay will be from bonuses for setting appointments that turn into closed deals. For a true Rockstar, $60-70K is VERY doable and you should exceed it.
You'll train directly with the CEO/COO and Sales Manager. You bring the hunger and drive, we'll deliver the rest to you if you stay diligent, patient, and work hard.
As you can imagine, this is NOT 9-5. This is 830-6pm and we will have later nights as needed to get crap done.
