Cycle Gear, Inc. - best known for having a friendly and knowledgeable staff, providing world-class customer service, and having a large collection exclusive brands and quality products - is actively looking for experienced Sales Associates, Merchandiser, Key Holder/Sales Lead, and a Assistant Store Manager team members to come be a part of our team at Cycle Gear store location in Centerville, OH!
Ideal candidates will have prior retail/product sales experience and it would be highly desirable for the candidate to have knowledge or experience with motorcycles/dirt bikes/ATVs.
Positions available:
Sales Associate- Providing customer service. Achieve and beat personal and store sales goals. and assisting with inventory and general housekeeping of the store.
Merchandiser- Backroom & sales floor inventory management. Receive/label merchandise and stock sales floor and providing customer service.
Key Holder/Sales Lead- Provide customer service. Achieve and beat personal and store sales goals. Opening/Closing the Store and following appropriate procedures.
Assistant Store Manager- Assist the Store Manager in all retail operations (reporting, P&L, scheduling, payroll, interviewing/hiring and training of new hires, development of current staff). Provide customer service. Achieve and beat personal and store sales goals, and assisting with inventory and general housekeeping of the store.
