We are experts In Repair & Protective Coatings for Industry and we’re seeking someone with sales experience to Rep for us in this area.
Sell a dynamic product line that offers customers an alternative to expensive replacement costs.
Our Company (15 years) has significant aspirations to become a major factor in the protective coatings industry and we are seeking motivated individuals to grow with us.

Responsibilities will be a mix (70/30) of sales activity and account management.
Our Reps spend a significant amount of time on the telephone, working through email, Zoom and face to face with customers (when permitted). The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal communications skills and must be resilient, energetic, willing to learn, and able to engage customers in discussions that highlight the value in our products and services.
The compensation is incentive based with expected commissions in the first year around $25K (PT) to $50K (FT) with no cap on earnings - you can be making $200K+ in two to five years.
This is a territory- centered, work from home role with significant upside income potential.
