Full Time 1st Shift Monday-Friday with some overtime.
Large Private Fleet located in Clayton, OH is in need of a diesel mechanic/trailer repair tech.
If you have a minimum of two (2) years verifiable experience as a trailer/heavy duty diesel mechanic
Are a self-starter
Have a passion for hard work.
Possess attention to detail
You may qualify for this opportunity.
Essential Qualifications and Functions:
2+ plus years' experience as a trailer/diesel mechanic
Mechanical ability and experience with:
diesel engine
drive train
chassis repair
air brakes, electrical and hydraulic brake systems
trailer repair experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must know how to do brakes, leaf springs, bushing, oil changes, swap tires etc.
Experience with electrical troubleshooting is a plus
Specialty tools and diagnostic computer equipment supplied
ASE Certification preferred
CDL, Class A is desired (Not Required)
Have proper documentation to begin immediately
Verifiable references and reliable work record
Customer Service attitude and experience
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
