Looking for a skilled and experienced person to maintain and repair 16+ 2bed and 1bed apartment units located in north Dayton and Kettering.
Examples of work needed:
Basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical
Drywall
Flooring
Appliance install and/or repair
AC unit install and/or repair
New installations
Unit turns and clean outs
Must have:
Regular access to tools including power tools and ladder
Access to reliable transportation for self, parts and tools. Truck preferred.
Cell phone with camera and ability to text/receive emails.
Available references must have previous apartment maintenance experience.
Purchase materials for job and get reimbursed from property manager on a bi weekly pay schedule.
Expectations:
Be able to respond to job calls within 24hrs
Be able to work after hours (after 6pm) if necessary.
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
Compensation:
$30 first hour and $20 after
1hr minimum pay for all calls
On Call position with potential for Part/Full time
Must be alcohol and drug free.
