HIRING, Hardwood Flooring Craftsman (Installers, Sanders and Finishers).
Adam's Hardwood Flooring is the premier Hardwood Flooring Company in the Cincinnati and Dayton markets. Adam's Hardwood is Certified with Bona products as well as certified with the National Wood Flooring Association in installations and sand and finish. We specialize in solid hardwood flooring installations and refinishing. Our company furnishes some of the finest equipment available in the hardwood flooring industry. Our shop is located in Lebanon, OH and we service all of the surrounding areas. We currently have 2 installer/sander positions that is in need to be filled. We offer a full range of training for motivated fast learners. Starting from basic solid hardwood flooring installation, sanding techniques and operations, as well as repairs and finish applications. Our workers are paid above the industry average and can count on having steady full time work and desirable compensation. Each worker has the ability to train to be a crew leader. Crew leaders earn greater income and have more responsibilities. Crew leaders are able to complete both installation and refinishing jobs from start to finish. Trainees are able to become crew leaders within 3 months.
Responsibilities:
Communicate and represent Adam's Hardwood Flooring professionally to all customers.
Project and meet completion deadlines on jobs.
Operate construction power tools (table saw, miter saw, jig saw, jamb saw, pneumatic guns, etc.).
Operate sanding equipment (drum sander, edger, buffer).
Apply both oil and water based polyurethane products.
Knowledgeable in all aspects of hardwood flooring.
Complete assigned duties on site and in shop.
Qualifications:
Hardwood flooring experience or any other type of flooring experience is desired.
Construction experience in finish trim and or framing is desired.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work well with others.
Strong work ethics.
Willingness to exceed expectations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Requirements:
Personal hand tools.
Valid drivers license and dependable vehicle.
Must live within a 45 minute drive to Lebanon.
