I'm a small contractor working mostly in the Dayton area. We have been in business for 25 years. 90% being residential. I'm looking for an experienced full time Technician to work 40 hours per week. We do kitchens, bathroom remodels, HVAC, Electric and Plumbing service calls. Too many different job descriptions to cover. I am willing to pay $20 per hour for someone with the knowledge of construction, a good work ethic, dependable and having an eye for detail. I am looking for an individual with SOME knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, installing doors, remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, building decks, interior and exterior repairs. I would be happy to train the right person with common sense. Appearance is a must, no drugs. You need a valid driver's license and transportation to my location. Pay depends on your experience.
