Maintenance Technician for Residential Rental Properties - Dayton and Surrounding Area
Growing property management company seeking enthusiastic employee with a minimum of 2 years residential maintenance experience. Successful candidates will be reliable, possess problem-solving skills, and able to work independently or with a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot and diagnose tenant maintenance requests
Basic Electrical Work (Outlets, switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans, fuses, breakers, etc.)
Basic Plumbing (toilets, gaskets, wax rings, faucets, snake toilets & drains, etc.)
Building Maintenance / Carpentry (install & repair doors, windows, cabinets, etc.)
Hauling & Heavy Lifting walking, standing, sitting, crouching, crawling, and climbing are necessary throughout the day. Exposure to various weather conditions.
Perform work in compliance with safety and Fair Housing regulations, and in accordance to company policy and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
Must have own personal tools used in maintenance.
Must have own transportation.
Must pass background check and drug test.
Effective written and oral skills
Participate in On Call Rotation
Starting hourly wage negotiable based on experience and skill set. Opportunity for growth and advancement.
