Essential duties include: studies specifications to plan procedures on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction. Orders tools & materials, confers with direct personnel and subcontractors, prepare and review reports on progress. Supervisory responsibilities in overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees. Competent in areas such as design workflows and procedures, technical skills, customer service, and safety.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, exceptional language skills, computer skills in Management systems and development software, mathematical proficiency, and reasoning capacity.
Must be willing to travel, exceed attendance level, have required certifications, attend training courses when requested.
