Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ability to lead projects or be the technical lead on projects as needed
  • Tier 2/3 Customer Care
  • Ability to create/modify Interaction Attendant profiles
  • Ability to create a new workgroup, skill, etc.
  • Familiarity with system logs, server support, etc.
  • 2nd level trouble ticket support
