Our client in Columbus, Ohio has a contract-to-hire need for an Application Development Manager who will be responsible for leading and helping grow a team and assisting in architectural decisions and individual dev contribution. The role will be hybrid remote/onsite.
Must have the following skills/experience:
Full stack dev experience
.NET
HTML/JS/CSS
At least one modern JS framework (Angular, etc)
Web API
Good written/verbal communication
Must be open to learning and embracing their low-code direction (e.g. business value focus, not playing with the latest and greatest "high code" framework)
Prior low-code experience a plus (Outsystems, Salesforce, PowerApps, etc)
Hiring/coaching/personnel development experience
Agile/SCRUM
