Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Marketing Leader who is both visionary yet pragmatic in the delivery of strategies and plans. The role will lead Current’s integrated digital marketing.The ideal candidate will leverage best-in-class demand generation trends to build thought leadership, create pipeline and ultimately revenue for the company. The role will include responsibility for developing and executing digital marketing strategies and plans through paid, owned and shared marketing channels.

In addition you will :

  • In collaboration with the Senior Leadership team, develop digital marketing strategies and plan; execute and manage cross-channel digital activation.
  • Understand today’s complex digital media landscape and leverage each channel to create a holistic marketing campaign to maximize impact.
  • Work with partners across the company to create compelling content to address buyer’s needs at each stage of their journey; amplify content through integrated digital, social, event content marketing campaigns to build thought leadership, create demand and generate sales pipeline.
  • Manage the entire customer life cycle – from demand generation and lead management to up-sell and cross sell to existing customers through marketing automation and CRM marketing.
  • Design, implement, and track search engine optimization and search engine marketing programs.
  • Continuously optimize content, campaign performance, Martech stack and digital processes to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Set the website's global digital marketing strategy and work with IT to drive execution, including website design, promotional elements, navigation, search functionality and SEO
  • Own website performance and optimization roadmap and prioritization
  • Lead development of a commercial campaign strategy including channel partners and end-users in key verticals.
  • Understand and identify the role of web, mobile, online media, social, and other emerging digital platforms in the construction of customer campaigns
  • Ability to contribute to, and develop, digital content strategies that drive customer engagement
  • Uses digital tactics to improve customer experience, leading to greater acquisition and retention of customers
  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate messaging, targeting and execution of campaigns
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring the best possible customer experience
  • Create and deliver monthly digital marketing analytics
  • Support channel partners in their marketing efforts to sell Current products
  • Creative thinker who can deliver campaign plans that elevate our brand and drive growth
  • Lead across a matrixed marketing organization, and at least one direct associate to begin with, to deliver effective campaign results for Current and its channel partners.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline build strategy, execution and reporting for targeted Key Accounts in partnership with our Business Development team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing, preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation and CMR marketing to existing customer base
  • Familiarity / expertise, with Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, DemandBase, ON24, NetLine, Google analytics, Hootsuite, and Wrike
  • Experienced in social media marketing and leveraging social as part of holistic marketing strategy
  • Creative and agile, with a stronger can-do spirit and entrepreneur mindset
  • Knowledge of current SEO industry best practices and how to leverage
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Must be results driven and metrics-driven
  • Experience developing long-term digital marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms that drive demand
  • Skilled at analyzing web / mobile, online media, and social analytics and can generate actionable and impactful insights and recommendations
  • Experience planning and buying media
  • Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements impacting digital marketing (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Must be consummate team player with excellent interpersonal skills able to develop relationships and influence at all levels and across cultures, including with customers and industry organization
