Understanding and diagnosing of the repair of industrial CNC equipment including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems; primarily lathes and milling machines.
Industrial electrical systems; capable troubleshooting and the of running high voltage electrical conduit and wire throughout the facility and the installation of new equipment.
Capable of performing plant facilities maintenance, air compressor maintenance and general plumping. Strive to provide a safe work environment.
Knowledge of industrial HVAC systems.
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on all in-shop equipment.
Maintain an inventory of commonly used parts and commodities.
Maintain maintenance records of equipment repairs.
Must have a professional attitude and excellent personal communication skills.
Ability to work overtime and weekend hours for emergencies.
Preferred Experience:
3-5 years of experience performing maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of machining equipment.
1-3 years performing facilities maintenance including heating & cooling and electrical.
