Description

This job is for someone who excels at coming up with creative solutions to technical issues. Robert Half Technology is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Consumer Products field. We encourage candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization to apply to this Help Desk Analyst position. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Euclid, Ohio area and is a long-term temporary opportunity.

What you get to do every day

- Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

- Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems

- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

- Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

Requirements

- Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

- Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

- Firm grasp of basic networking concepts

- Wide ranging experience with Printer Hardware

- Good understanding of Computer Hardware

- Previous experience working with Desktop Hardware

- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10

- Practical knowledge of Network Troubleshooting

- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office 365

- Azure Active Directory experience desired

- Proven knowledge of Basic Network Troubleshooting

- Hands-on experience with Hardware Issues

- Quality experience with Network Printers

- Comprehension of Laptop Hardware

- Well-founded grasp of Basic Troubleshooting

- Experience with Network Hardware

- General familiarity with Hardware Troubleshooting

- Skills in hardware & software installation

- Windows OS experience

- Earlier work involving Printer Problems

- Active Directory experience

- 3+ years of prior experience

- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

- Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems
