Responsibilities
Systems administration and trouble-shooting of Windows systems, the local area network (LAN), and its components. Includes activities such as daily server backups, anti-virus protection, patching, performance tuning, security changes, group policy changes, and more.
Operations are 24x7 which means the candidate could be called upon to perform duties during off hours
Supporting our Operations Technology (OT) Infrastructure for businesses. IT technologies primarily include Windows, VMware, and Cisco. OT Technologies include but are not limited to DCS, SCADA, PLC, Wonderware, DeltaV, & iFix.
Planning for growth and evaluating disaster recovery
Project work, Developing strategy, Business-as-usual tasks, and problem resolution are all part of the day-to-day role. Standard processes exist in many situations and need to be strictly followed.

Requirements
3+ years of systems administration and troubleshooting skills.
Basic understanding of VMware virtualization technologies
Previous experience in ICS/DCS/SCADA environments
Strong Windows server administration and troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of Industrial Control Systems and the role CI/OT plays in keeping Operations running
Solid understanding of virtualization technologies
Good understanding of networking and firewall concepts and cybersecurity standards and trends
Ability to review, update, and implement policies, standards, and procedures
Availability for rotational off-hour duties to support 24 x 7 Operations
Strong communication skills are important, and he/she must be organized, possess solid decision making, and have a strong drive for results.
Solid understanding of firewall rules and configurations
Strong Active Directory Skills
Cognizant of security
Bachelors preferred, Certifications a plus but not required
