- Operate at maximum productive speed allowable to achieve and maintain consistent high standards of quality for the finished product.

- Stock with essential supplies
- Make-ready reduction participation
- Prepare finished rolls and provide the Auto Wrapper with ready to wrap product
- Make all size changes, mount rolls, handle cores and cut down bad product
- Provide information to Maintenance and supervision via work orders on known equipment problems
- Lift and move butt rolls, carry cores, cut paper with knife, bend, stoop, life and step up and down
- Keep the surrounding work area clean and neat at all times
- Keep waste at a minimum

- High school diploma
- Working safely is requirement #1. Must follow all safety guidelines and report any safety concerns immediately
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
- Learn and understand all products, processes, and procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills
- Ability to read a ruler to + 1/32” is a MUST
- Must be able to work independently and as a team
- Basic computer application skills and knowledge
