Automotive - General Experience, Engagement management, Customer management, stakeholder management

Job Description : We are looking for a highly driven, agile and commercial, product and customer proposition leader with a proven track record in delivering growth. The person should have a deep Automotive (Connected drive & financial) experience and should have worked in leadership roles, where he should have been responsible for driving the program delivery while engaging & managing customer expectations.
We are looking for strong management skills. He will need to manage, build and develop the team.
13+ years of experience is essential in various leadership roles out of which minimum 5 years are in customer/program management.

Core responsibilities:
  • Single point of contact for stakeholders regarding delivery and responsible for overall Service Delivery along with Service Delivery Manager
  • Responsible for managing the client engagement, to help in business growth.
  • Responsible for ensuring active communication between service integrators, service stakeholders and Nagarro team, undertake successful transition, ensure SLA compliance, ensure effective implementation of processes.
  • Identifying key customer targets.
  • Identify and measure key product KPIs that deliver shared value.
  • Working with sales for customer feedback, to agree product priorities and agree customer targets.

Skills/Experience:
  • Should have prior experience in customer/delivery management.
  • Deep understanding of program management.
  • Strong hold on pricing/budget/finance.
  • Deep understanding of data analysis and tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with different functions within the organization.
  • Understands German market in Automotive domain.
  • Skilled people leader
  • Understands how to provide direction, mobilize resource and supervise progress to identify issues in advance and pivot when necessary.
  • Must be an MBA.
