Position Summary .
Responsible for the full life cycle development, implementation, production support, and performance tuning of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and Business Intelligence Reporting environments, and support the integration of those systems with other applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Building, improving, maintaining, and scaling stream processing services
• Writing, reviewing and revising code to support enterprise data warehouse and BI reporting platforms
• Lay out the design of various components that make up the Data Warehouse Platform
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal ingestion and refining of data sources
• Automate and maintain data processing pipelines including integration support
• Work on big data analytics projects to derive actionable insights
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems
• Exceptional analytical and programming skills
• Experience in Scala or Java
• Experience with Microsoft SSIS, SSRS, PowerBI
• Advanced knowledge of administering MS SQL server
• Excellent project managements skills, and familiarity working in an agile environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications

• Experience with Azure Data resources (ADF, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage Accounts)
• Experience with Snowflake a plus
• Experience in the home improvement industry related to reporting and analytical needs

• Normal Office Environment
• Indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
