CBTS is searching for experienced Tier 2 Service Desk technicians. Candidates should have advance knowledge working with Windows 10 Operating System, networking, active directly, O365 (Exchange, MS Teams, Skype) or Webex skills are required.

Requirements:

Hardware
  • Laptop/desktop workstation installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair
  • Audiovisual equipment installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair
  • Peripheral device installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair
  • Inventory management and asset control

Networking
  • Wired network device installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair
  • Wireless network device installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair
  • Network service management
  • Must know how to troubleshoot network issues through Windows 10 CLI
  • Monitor and respond to performance and security events

Software
  • Utilize MS SCCM to Deploy, configure and Support of Windows 10 Operating Systems
  • Install and provision software applications
  • Manage client malware and security software tools
  • Experience Supporting O365 (Exchange, Office, Teams, Skype, etc.) issues
  • Manage access control and permissions through MS Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Troubleshoot OS and application software issues

Workflow management and organizational processes
  • Open, manage, and close trouble tickets
  • Software purchasing and license management
  • Research issue resolution/coordinate external vendors
  • Create and update documentation of configuration and issue resolution cases, processes, and procedures

Additional Skills that are a Plus:
  • SCOM
  • PowerShell
  • Azure/Azure AD
  • Hyper-V/VMware
  • MS Server 2016/2019

Experience and Educational Requirement
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working within an enterprise environment
  • Preferred Certifications: A+, MCSA, Network+ MCP
  • Provides mentoring on technical issues, process, and procedures to end users and the custom
