The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting local and field users. To be successful in this Help Desk Analyst role, you should be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Hudson, Ohio area and is a short-term contract opportunity.

How you will make an impact

- Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems

- Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

- Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

Requirements

- Network Troubleshooting experience highly desired

- Knowledge of Basic Troubleshooting

- Proven knowledge of Hardware Troubleshooting

- Foundational knowledge in Trouble Tickets

- Solid understanding of Basic Network Troubleshooting

- Quality experience with customer service

- Practical knowledge of Phone System

- Proficiency in Network Troubleshooting

- General familiarity with Basic Network Troubleshooting

- Wide ranging experience with Call Center Customer Service

- Well-founded grasp of Basic Troubleshooting

- Earlier work involving Resolve Customer Service

- 2+ years of prior experience

- Comprehension of basic networking concepts

- Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

- User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment

- IT support ticketing system experience highly valued
