ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
o Ability to communicate e-commerce and digital marketing strategies, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders and marketing teams that enhance capabilities and meets internal and external customers' needs.
o Works with Senior Digital Marketing Manager, and downstream Marketing teams to enhance marketing communications plans across owned and social channels, such as by conducting email audits, CRM/email reporting, website analytics, web testing and designing learning plans to improve brand communications and eCommerce activity.
o Develop measurement strategies measuring digital initiatives and communicate the value of initiatives to stakeholders and internal customers.
o Manage the strategic deployment tagging for digital analytics, paid media, and 3rd party applications for digital functions, including eCommerce, Google, and other digital tools.
o Help marketing businesses evolve organizational processes, campaigns, and digital marketing tools by leveraging data analytics and insights.
o Provide ROI analysis of all digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, and Email.
o Collaborate with the marketing, IT and Voice of Customer teams to improve and maximize Midmark'Microsoft collection of data from all digital consumer touch points by providing tagging strategy, documenting tagging process and holding business partners accountable to digital processes.
o Elevate Midmark'Microsoft understanding of the consumer experience by leveraging data sources to generate insights that illuminate consumer inflection points within digital and eCommerce.
o Support Midmark'Microsoft analytics efficacy through the formulation of data-driven hypotheses, development of test design, analysis of results, and presentation of insights from digital marketing and eCommerce efforts.
o Train internal customers and stakeholders on digital insights and digital processes required by the digital marketing team (i.e., salesforce reporting).
o Specifically, drive ecommerce strategy including targeted conversions, A/B tests and site optimization.
o Recommend, develop, execute, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns per that support each Midmark Marketing Business Unit strategies and plans.
o Knowledge of digital marketing and customer relationship management disciplines, preferably Salesforce.
o Expert in identifying and conducting A/B and/or multivariate tests for email, landing pages, etc.
o Manage all aspects of SEM campaigns including budgets, copy, optimization, automation, keyword refinement, and scheduling.
o Expertise in driving lead generation from analytical insights.
o Coordinate with stakeholders to develop lead scoring and nurturing strategies and campaigns.
o Understand and propose ideas for potential future reporting requirements, designing systems and data management activities to build digital capabilities for Downstream Marketing.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
o Bachelor'Microsoft Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or a related field or equivalent experience.
o Experience in digital marketing and/or social media analytics (e.g., report generation, marketing campaign analysis, web analytics, AB testing, email performance, social media measurement, content testing, etc.). Google certification is preferred.
o Strong experience in data analysis and comfort working with a wide range of data sources and data systems to analyze business performance and generate insightful reports.
