Job Description

The Countryside YMCAis currently hiring for multiple full and part-time childcare staff positions!

What would I do?As a team member, you will provide a fun & safe learning environment for children in our licensed childcare facility. You would work in an assigned classroom with the lead teacher to assist with interaction, planning, supervising and implementing the program in accordance with the goals and policies of the YMCA.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:You should be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma/GED. All staff working with children must also pass a background check. Previous experience in licensed childcare is helpful, although in certain positions training may be provided. Full-time positions require a CDA or degree in ECE or similar.

Rate of pay: Hourly rate starts at 11.00, will increase depending on education and experience.
