Job Description

The Sales Support & Shipping Specialist is responsible for coordinating various aspects of preparing finished goods documents for shipping, as well as various administrative duties for the department.

Qualifications

• Works with the Accounting Department to review credit / payment status of open orders.
• Coordinates pro-forma invoices and communicates payment status so that equipment can be shipped in a timely manner.
• Works with Production department on jobs and checklists, as needed.
• Manages folders and filing, as needed.
• Coordinates with Dealer Development on new dealers / customers as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Analytical, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment, with several projects at one time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products – Excel, Outlook required.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Syteline is a plus
