TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST
for a 4 month " TEMP-TO-HIRE" position

Our Client is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to become part of their technical support team.
You will be responsible for providing support and technical assistance to customers, field service
and sales personnel. Services provided include remote troubleshooting and diagnostic services.
Responsibilities:
• Basic Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows - able to trouble shoot application installs, windows machine system configurations
(standard cpu and laptop)
• Basic Technical knowledge of PC Hardware (knowledge of CPU, monitor, basic hardware connectivity)
• Basic Hardware and software application trouble shooting skills
• Required to be able to physically pick up a tote of equipment (CPU, monitor, power cords, headset, mouse) when deploying & receiving equipment from agents' cars
• Required to answer technical support calls, via the Technology Team technical support line - assisting all NACC users with technical hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Experience working with Excel - in order to assist Systems Analyst in equipment inventory management
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Windows operating systems
While working remote:
• Connectivity to the local network is required to be via ethernet cord plugged directly into the internet router. Connection cannot be wireless
• The workstation should be near a wired internet connect (only 6 feet ethernet cord will be provided)
• Must have a smart phone: Clients remote connectivity security requires multi-factor authentication. The authentication requires the use of a smart phone app.
Educational Qualifications:
• Min. High School diploma
Remote Normal Hours of Operation: Business is open 8AM to Midnight. Saturday open 9AM - 10PM. Sunday open 10AM - 10PM.
