This person will be responsible for managing the Company's financial resources, preparing
all financial reporting and following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Responsibilities:
Manage monthly closing
Prepare monthly balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Manage client billings
Assist in preparing all audit/review schedules and review of the books and records
with an outside audit company
Manage cash flow, investments and banking relationships
Prepare special reports and perform studies as directed
Prepare monthly projections
Monitor overhead cost
Track all fixed assets and depreciation
Ensure proper calculation and timely remittance to federal and state government
bodies for income and corporate taxes, as well as sales and use tax
Work closely with AP/AR personnel
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Must have 5 years of accounting experience
Must be proficient in excel
Must possess excellent communication skills
