ï§ Provides excellent Guest Service
ï§ Ensures cleanliness of the operation and adherence to all State and Federal health codes.
ï§ Usage of grill, fryer, Oven, Sauté Pans and steamer to prepare menu items.
ï§ Inspect food for proper cooking standards.
ï§ Understand and follow proper cooking times to produce food according to specifics.
ï§ Ensure proper use of equipment and utensils and keep them clean and well maintained.
ï§ Maintain work stations and areas, keeping them clean and orderly.
ï§ Adhere to guidelines of safety and sanitation.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
ï§ High School Diploma/GED or relevant experience.
ï§ Basic Language Skills.
ï§ Minimum of two (2) years of previous cook experience, preferably working a full service restaurant.
