As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all production equipment and physical plant equipment at Reynolds and Reynolds Celina facility. This includes performing preventative maintenance, ordering repair parts and supplies, and designing new ways to improve production. The position also requires that you be able to design and fabricate repair parts that are not available or have too long of a delivery time. Other duties include: assisting in maintaining building needs (such as heating and cooling systems), maintaining air compressors and vacuum pumps, moving and relocating existing equipment, and installing new equipment. This is a second shift position (2:30 pm - 11 pm) and is located in Celina, Ohio.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
3-5 years advanced vocational training in the maintenance fields, or equivalent on-the-job experience
Experience with low and high voltage industrial electrical systems
Experience in programming PLCs, trouble shooting, and analyzing production machines and systems
Ability to mechanically disassemble and assemble machines and components, repair fabrication, and read blue prints and schematics
Ability to use precision measuring instruments, as machining is required on lathe and mills
HVAC certification
Welding experience
