We are looking to fill 2nd and 3rd shift positions. We cannot make any guarantees on what shift you will receive, and you must have the flexibility to work all shifts if needed. The pay starts out at $11.50, then bumps to $12 after 5 weeks, and then at 10 weeks the pay is bumped to $12.50. Each bump in pay is dependent on the employees attendance and work ethic. DUTIES:

Through the use of Total Quality Management problem-solving techniques in routine job activities and team settings, performs all responsibilities in a manner which ensures the quality of all customers, internal and external, are met or exceeded. Measures critical product/process variables
PHYSICAL DUTIES:
Packing parts into a tote or box
Repetitive lifting of 5-20 lbs
Standing and walking for at least 6 hours of 8-hour work schedule
Packs posts neatly and with accurate counts
Job requires consistent twisting and bending of body to perform tasks
Daily requirements:
Follows all safety rules and procedures to perform job safely
Completes Quality attribute sheets and matches part number with label to assure correct information
Performs length checks as required
Assists in making boxes during changeovers and other periods of downtime
Labels boxes and totes
Prepare tilt table when necessary
Assist with roll changes (removing scrap)
Place scrap sheets in baler
Responsible for baling scrap and tying off bales when baler is full
Responsible for maintaining housekeeping in and around work area
Perform all other duties as assigned by Lead

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
KIND OF WORK KNOWLEDGE:
