Arnold's Home Improvement has been in the remodeling business for over 28 years providing our customers with quality customer service, workmanship, and products. Due to extensive growth, we are looking for confident, commissioned, sales representatives for in home sales presentations with preset appointments. We have a wonderful marketing team that generates new leads daily!
You must have the drive and passion to be the best in representing yourself and the company.
You must have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn our proven sales system.
Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus.
You must also be comfortable with a 100% commission-based income.
The ideal candidate must also have strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills.
You must be proficient working with computer software and be detail oriented, focused, and a team player.
You will be required to work some week night appointments as well as Saturday leads.
Most importantly, you must have strong ethics and high integrity and be committed to always putting the customer first.
