Requirements: This customer-focused, solution-oriented, team player must:

Be willing to uphold rigorous sanitation standards.

Be open to giving and receiving feedback.

Be able to read body language (for example be able to tell if a client is truly happy following a service).

Function well under high-pressure situations-80% of a shift may go smoothly but a late client, a stylist who is too ill to come to work, or some unexpected pressure (say, a power outage in the area), may require additional focus.

Be comfortable learning and using a point-of-sale system.

Have some evening and weekend availability.

Be Licensed by the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board.
