Currently seeking a full-time maintenance tech to perform resident's work orders and turn vacant units at multiple sites in the area.
Typical schedule is Monday - Friday business hours, with "on-call" responsibilities rotated every other week. Would like to find a candidate that could also handle the rental office as well.
NO sub-contractors will be considered for the position. You must have previous apartment maintenance experience.
Hourly position, holiday pay. We do not offer health benefits.
The qualifications and abilities include the following:
Able to lay both sheet and square vinyl flooring
Install bathroom sinks and vanities
Tile repair/replacement
Basic plumbing
Basic eletrical
Basic carpentry skills
Grounds clean up on a daily basis
