Do you want to work for a privately owned, fast growing chemical company that blends and packages a wide range of products for many industries? Vector Technical has partnered with Cleveland’ s leader in the chemical industry, and they are looking for Maintenance Technician to join their team!

$16.50+/hr., depending upon experience and knowledge

• Responsible for maintaining all facility equipment and maintenance areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Perform production line change overs
• Read blue prints and fabricate (design, cut, weld, thread pipe, etc.)
• Responsible for maintaining maintenance work areas for a safe and clean work environment for OSHA and 5-S compliance (sweeping, squeegee floors, operation of floor scrubber, etc.)
• Operate forklift

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with machine repair, electrical, plumbing
• Able to operate maintenance shop equipment and hand tools, welding, use of cutting torches. Follow all safety procedures and complete all required checklists for Lock Out/Block Out, Hot Work Permits, Confined Space Entries, etc.
• Tow motor license preferred but not required.
