Market rent apartment complex (no subsidized rents) is seeking a part time maintenance person to join our team. Not a seasonal position. Hours will be approximately 20 per week, during normal business hours (no evenings or weekends.) Qualified candidates will have prior apartment maintenance experience, reliable transportation, valid Ohio drivers license and insurance, and be able to pass a background check.
