Compensation: 10.00-14.00 per hour

Home Repair and Maintenance technicians . General duties , minor home repair and maintenance to include the following . Carpet removal , roof tarping , lock changes , window boarding , winterizations, drywall repair, facia repair, soffit repair , shrub trimming , tree trimming , sump pump replacement , cleaning , debris removal, lawn care.
Candidate must have Valid Drivers license with less then 6 points , pass federal background check , be capable of lifting 50lbs . Base pay plus attendance bonus monthly . Must forward resume for consideration . This is a full time 5 day a week position.
