We are a professionally managed and run company looking for local area vendors who have experience and the ability to do standard preservation duties/tasks including but not limited to the following:
>Winterization
>Lawn Maintenance
>Debris Removable
>Lock Changes
>Initial Services (Including sales clean)
>Boarding
>General/Minor household repairs
Requirements:
Must have your own transportation and equipment
Must be detail oriented when reporting results in photos, reports and bids
Must understand the importance of due dates and meeting deadlines
Must be able to pass a back ground check
Must have great communication skills
Must have internet access and a smart phone
