Our Sales Associates actively work to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to each customer per adultmart standards and policy.
Core position requirements for all Sales positions:
Comfortable working with and around adult merchandise and material.
Drive and desire to go beyond the norms of customer service to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
A working knowledge of store product, including price, specials, sales, and location within the store. You must be able to actively engage customers to provide education on products and assist the customer in finding the ideal item for their lifestyle.
Work collectively within the store to ensure the store is visually appealing per the adultmart standard.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, special events, and in some locations overnight shifts as needed.
Must be able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
