Key Account Operations AssistantThe Key Account Operations Assistant will support the key account team by tracking and monitoring all product and operations details to facilitate the successful, on-time delivery of customer orders. The successful candidate must be detail oriented, able to handle multiple and changing priorities as well as the desire to exceed customer expectations. Previous experience managing customer accounts or order fulfillment is a plus. The Key Account Assistant will report directly to the Key Account Manager and will support them in all efforts designed to grow account sales and providing excellent customer service.Job responsibilities include:25% PO Management· Confirm receipt and enter PO details into Sage ERP system· Support EDI/Customer Portal capabilities as needed· Research inventory availability· Verify delivery date· Assist in batch order processing25% Order fulfilment· Advise routing requirements and coordinate shipping with on-site warehouse· Assist warehouse team with prioritizing orders· Order, print and manage customer labeling per individual account requirements· Provide tracking information to customers20% Customer Support· Update and manage all activity within individual account portals· Resolve shipping changes or discrepancies· Provide back-up in support of customer service calls15% Data Analysis· Gather and review service reports from service representatives· Identify any anomalies and provide recommendations· Identify opportunities to grow key account sales10% Item Maintenance· Coordinate new item set up· Update item details and status as necessary5% Other duties as assignedRequirements - Less than one year of experience required Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Support

Experience with back office support

Data entry experience

Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
