Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Evaluates and monitors staffing models to ensure contract compliance.
Oversees proposal to ensure correctness and competitive messaging.
Approves or rejects requests for deviations from proposal specifications.
Ensures compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
Performs audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies.
Up to 20% travel including overnight travel may be required.
Requires a BA/BS degree; 5-7 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MA/MS preferred.
At least 2 years’ proposal management/business development experience preferred.
Experience in leading strategic discussions on staffing and training preferred.
Experience in conceptualizing and developing organizational charts, using Visio, and developing resumes preferred.
