Toledo area growing company is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide daily support for employee workstations, software systems and networks to ensure proper functioning to support our growing company. Minimizes downtime and maximizes utility for employees to ensure we have the technology we need to achieve our goals and execute our initiatives on a day-to-day basis. Takes a proactive approach to ensure the department is answering the IT needs of today while planning for those in the future.

Key Duties:

Help desk support

Daily support of employee workstations

Provide daily support to network, systems, and hardware

Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk inquiries

Develop training materials & procedures

Support and repair hardware, software and equipment

Experience:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and PC Operating System

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suit

• Familiarity with MS CRM & Great Plains ER

• Knowledge of PC, laptop, telephony and mobile devices

• Knowledge of security and storage solution

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, networking equipment (firewalls, hubs, routers, WAP, switches

• Utilize a team approach to problem solving, and solution design and deliver

• Ability to communicate and work effectively with people at all levels and across the country
