The Senior Cybersecurity Identity Access Analyst role will be focused on the implementation and operations of Identity Access Management (IAM) and related services. Their primary responsibility will be to lead the Privileged Identity Management (PIM) functions in the areas of vaulting, policies, session management, and related security technologies in the environment within the following five focus areas.
  • Strategy and Architecture
    • Works with IT Architecture to develop implementation plans and configurations for new and expanded IT capabilities
o Leads capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users and department managers
    • Leads the measurement of systems performance and availability to manage and tune in-house computers to ensure high levels of availability
  • Solutions Development and Implementation
    • Develops, documents, and maintains policies, procedures, and associated training plans for system administration
  • Service Management
    • Analyzes system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems
    • Applies operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
    • Performs routine audits of systems and software to identify potential problem areas
  • Business Change
    • Plans, Introduces, and integrates new technologies into existing data center environments
    • Installs and configures hardware and software that is new to the computing environment
    • Assists in projects and programs ensuring all implementation is/can be supported effectively in Operations and fulfilling role and responsibilities as assigned in projects and programs
  • Procurement and Management Support
    • Conducts research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of systems software procurement and development efforts
o Participates in negotiations with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure software products and services
o Leads the planning and development of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements

IV. RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical program oversight specific to the PKI security domain
· Development of technical security strategies
· Development of technical security architectures
· Development of technical security standards

Identity and Access Management (IAM)
· CyberArk Administrator – Manage, support, and reporting of vaulted identities
· Manage a hybrid user account lifecycle (Provisioning, De-Provisioning, Modifying)
· Administer and configure Active Directory, Azure AD, Certificate Services, CyberArk, ADFS, Radius, DNS
· Identify and resolve common issues on IAM related services
· User support / Incident Response (Service Now)

Windows Server Administration
· Health Monitoring and Logging (Windows event logs, SIEM connectors)
· Maintaining Windows Services and scheduled tasks
· Patching (Windows updates)
· Network settings

V. REQUIREMENTS

Education
· Bachelor’s Degree, or regional equivalent education required, preferably in a related discipline, such as Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
· Master’s Degree a plus
· Additional related certifications are a plus
· Note: Equivalent experience will be considered for non-degree candidates, However, they must meet (or exceed) many experience requirements identified below.

Experience
· 3+ years’ experience supporting Server Operating systems; Windows and Unix/Linux (required)
· 3+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure (required)
· 2+ years’ experience with Privileged Identity Management tools (required)
· 2+ years’ experience supporting Client Operating systems (preferred)
· 2+ years’ experience in cloud solutions like Azure or AWS architectures as it relates to PIM management (preferred)

Language Skills
· English (fluency in reading, writing, and speaking)

Certifications
· MCSA, MCNA, ITIL v3 Foundation

Additional skills
· Exposure to regulatory compliance mandates
· Experience with PowerShell / VB scripting
· Experience with Active Directory Federation Service (on-prem, hybrid and online)
· Experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management or equivalent technology
· Experience with DNS, DHCP, Radius, Web Services, FTP/SFTP Services
· Experience working within DMZ Environments
· Working knowledge of Networking Environments (IE. VLANS)
· Excellent analytical, problem solving, oral, written, and team skills
· Off Hours and weekend remote and on-site support required
