Job Description

The Senior Technical Product Manager, Mobile will be a part of the Global Product group that oversees product lines for the company. The role will focus on Cardinal's suite of mobile products, including the Cardinal Mobile SDK product line. This extends from increasing the success of the existing products to developing new products and features for the company. This role will serve as the internal and external evangelist and be the product owner to a dedicated agile team for assigned products working cross-functionally with Technology, Global Sales, Global Customer Solutions, Global Product, and key customers.

What You'll Do:

Provide vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.

Drive product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improvements.

Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.

Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.

Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.

Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.

Work closely with product management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.

Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities.

Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals.

Follow our competitors and the industry.

Keep abreast with agile best practices and new trends.

Communicate clearly and regularly on timelines, product features, and enhancements to cross-functional groups.

Serve as a product subject matter expert to internal Cardinal teams and key clients.

Qualifications

What We Need You to Have:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline.
In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma or equivalent with four or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

5+ years of product experience or 5+ years of technical software experience.

Hands-on experience with mobile development, such as building native mobile applications for iOS and Android.

Advanced knowledge of Agile and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.

Previous experience in end-to-end project management.

Solid understanding of application architectures, databases, SQL, APIs, etc.

Ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Additional Information

Work hours: 8 Hours / 5 Days per week

Travel:Position might require occasional travel for training or team meetings

Physical Requirements:This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
