Our client, a major retail company, is looking for an experienced Scrum Master. The successful candidate will have exceptional experience with both Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
Location: Columbus, OH area. Potentially in July, employees will be returning to the office (if they can do so safely). Once they've returned to the office our schedule will be working remote Monday and Friday and in the office Tuesday-Thursday permanently.
Duration: 12 months+
Pay: $50-55

Scrum Master with experience in the eCommerce Space
Lead the Scrum and development teams in self-organization
Remove impediments and coach the Scrum team on removing impediments
Utilize Jira to prep applications for Release Management
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
Requirements for the Scrum Master:
5 years of Scrum Master experience
5 years of experience using Agile Methodologies
3 years of experience with Jira
2 years experience with Velocity
2 years of experience in the eCommerce Space
2 years of experience with Confluence preferred
