Job Description

Our Account Compliance and Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for managing service requirements and supporting new business initiatives for select key target accounts for Moen (The Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Amazon, etc.) which makes up 95% of Moen Retail revenue. Responsible for analyzing customer Supplier Buying Agreements; identify areas of risk in business process and/or systems, collaborate with operations and lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing solutions to ensure service requirements are met and dollarized fines of up to $2.5M/year are avoided. Analyze customer trends, develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze cost-to-serve by and responsiveness of existing and proposed customer programs. Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to review, align and ensure 100% complete and on-time service to customer event orders. Support month-end and quarter-end goals optimizing shipments, freight and invoicing. Meet with customers to understand their processes and systems and collaborate on synergies in making it easy to do business with Moen.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline required. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, must possess a minimum of 4 years of related experience in supply chain/order fulfillment.
    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in supply chain/order fulfillment.
    • Prior project management experience is preferred
    • SAP experience is preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams
    • High degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills as well as effective ability to collaborate with customers
    • Demonstrated cost-to-serve experience including activity based costing and Pareto analysis.
    • Ability to partner and negotiate k collaboratively with customers and internal cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes
    • PC Skills with emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Analysis for Office (AO), and Qlikview is preferred.
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to present to all levels within the organization.
