Job Description

We have a new opening for a part-time receptionist who will provide a professional and positive first point of contact at our Global Headquarters office. As a Receptionist you will also be our first point of contact when answering and/or routing questions from callers, greeting and directing visitors, and performing assigned administrative tasks. This role is part-time, Monday-Friday (4 hours/day and 20 hours/week) with coverage starting any time from 9-11 AM daily. This role will also be able to help cover time-off.

• Primary back up lunch and time off coverage for receptionist. Answers and directs all incoming calls.

• Provides a professional and positive first point of contact when answering and/or routing questions from callers.

• Greets visitors, determines the nature of visitors’ business, and takes appropriate action.

• Keeps a log of visitors, issues passes for security purposes, and maintains current information for all front desk operations.

• Assisting with sorting, distribution and collecting incoming and outgoing mail

• Responsible for, and coordinates with Facilities on scheduling Moen University and Showroom room configuration setups.

• Trained in emergency communications procedures.

• Processes weekly cafeteria vouchers for departmental cost centers.

• Create PO’s/Invoicing for Facilities and HR

• Assist with support for Executive Assistant and HR coordinator as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of reception experience is required.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
