KEY SKILLS:
Minimum of 5 years experience in the set-up and programming of CNC Lathes and CNC Vertical Milling Machines; Mazatrol turning and milling controls as well as Fanuc controlled lathes. Will be expected to know - or capable of learning Mazacam software. Experience programming and editing both G code and Mazatrol is required. Conversational programming experience required.
Knowledge in the use of precision measuring instruments and the application of such instruments. Instruments should include but not limited to calipers, ID, and OD micrometers, depth gauges, and indicators.
Strong understanding of blueprint reading/geometric tolerance interpretation.
