Reporting to the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) manager, the EHS administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for all environmental, health and safety management systems. The EHS administrator will engage in organizing and maintaining training records and other required documentation to support compliance with corporate, local, state and government requirements.
This role is a part-time contractor position for 16-20 hours a week, Monday through Friday (a flexible schedule is available).Activities and duties may vary, depending upon site-specific needs. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
Manage training files and records to ensure compliance with all applicable corporate, local, state and federal regulations
Update EHS written programs, as deemed necessary
Coordinate and maintain the monthly safety participation activities
Update / revise monthly safety training, as directed by the EHS manager
Assist with new-hire onboarding, recordkeeping and orientation
Maintain the EHS dedicated safety monitors, updating on a monthly basis (more frequently when needed)
Update Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures using the Brady360 platform
Enter monthly metrics into the Aspire safety management system
Manage the weekly R / O data input
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal, written and presentation development skills
Basic knowledge of Google applications a plus
