Requirements:

  • Class A CDL
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Stable work history
  • Clean MVR for the past 3 years
  • Ability to pass DOT physical
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Tanker and hazmat endorsements preferred (must be obtained for employment, company will pay for certification)

Responsibilities 1. Identifies and documents patient/family objective/subjective data and family data and observations. Reports pertinent findings to the RN Care Manager responsible for directing the patient\'s care. 2. Follows the plan of care appropriate to the developmental level of the patient. 3. Collaborates with the RN Care Manager directing the patient?s care regarding appropriate tasks/nursing interventions. 4.
